This article answers the most common questions creators have about using Endlss. Whether you're just getting started or want to understand how commissions and payouts work, you'll find what you need here.
Getting started and setting up your profile
Why do I need to verify my email before I can do anything?
Email verification is part of the account creation process. After entering your email and agreeing to the terms, a verification link is sent to your inbox. Select the link to continue setting up your account.

What if I don't receive the verification email?
Go to your Profile page and select Resend verification email listed under your email address.

Do I need both a phone number and an address to sign up?
No. You only need an email address or a phone number to create an account. When you sign up with one, the other becomes optional.

Can I change my email address after signing up?
Yes. Go to More > Profile > Account and select Edit next to your email address.

What does the Social tab in my profile do?
The Social tab lets you add your Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube handles. It's optional, but adding them increases your visibility to brands.
Stripe and payouts
Why do I need to connect to Stripe to get paid?
Endlss uses Stripe Connect to process commission payouts securely. Without a connected bank account, you won't be able to receive payments.
Which countries are supported for Stripe Connect?
All countries are supported.
What happens if I never connect my bank account?
You can still share your links and earn commissions. However, if you don't connect your bank account within 90 days of order fulfillment, your commission will expire and won't be paid out.
What does "Continue connecting to Stripe" mean?
It means you started but didn't finish the Stripe onboarding. Select the button, and it'll take you back to where you left off.
When are commissions paid out?
Commissions are calculated weekly based on brand fulfillment dates. Brands pay 30 days after the end of the weekly reporting period to allow for returns. The full payout process can take up to nine business days. There's no minimum payout threshold.
Is my banking information secure?
Yes. Endlss doesn't store your banking details directly. Everything is handled through Stripe, a trusted global payment platform.
Links and commissions
How do I get a link if I haven't been accepted by a brand yet?
Links only appear in your Links section once a brand has enabled Smart Links for you. You need to be partnered with a brand before links become available.
Can my commission rate change after I'm accepted?
Yes. Commission rates shown in the Discover section are approximate and may change upon brand acceptance.
What's the difference between a pending and a paid commission?
Pending commissions are earnings from sales that haven't been paid out yet. Paid commissions have been transferred through Stripe to your bank. You can track both in the Commissions section of the app.
What happens if someone returns a product they bought through my link?
If a customer returns a product and receives a refund before the end of the charge period, the brand won't pay out a commission for that order.

Discovering brands and applying
How do I know if I'm a good fit for a brand?
Each brand's application page lists their requirements, including niche categories. You can also visit the brand's website via the link on their profile page.
Do I need to match all of a brand's niche tags?
No. You only need to match at least one. The brand reviews your full application when making their decision.
How long does brand approval take?
It depends on the brand. There's no set timeline.
Can I apply to more than one brand at the same time?
Yes. Select any brand in the Discover section and apply to as many as you'd like. Track all your applications under the Your Applications tab.
Will I be notified when a brand accepts or rejects me?
Yes. You'll get a notification either way. If rejected, the brand tile moves from My Applications back to Discover Brands, so you can apply again.
Messages
How do brands reach out to me?
Brands message you directly in the Endlss app. You'll get a push notification when a new message arrives from a brand you're partnered with.
Can I message a brand first?
Yes. You can start a conversation with any brand you're currently partnered with.
Content rights
What are the different types of content rights offers?
There are four types:
Sponsored Boost β a brand amplifies your existing post through paid media
Whitelist/Spark Ad β a brand uses your post for paid ad placements like Spark Ads
License existing content β a brand licenses your already-published content
Commission new content β you create new content specifically for a brand's campaign
Do I have to accept a content rights offer?
No. From the Offer Review screen you can accept, request changes, or decline. It's always your choice.
Is this available to all creators?
Yes. Content Rights is available to all creators on Endlss.
Brand connections
What's the difference between pending and accepted brand connections?
Pending shows brand invites you haven't responded to yet. Accepted shows confirmed partnerships. Brand invites expire after 15 days, so if one expires, ask the brand to resend it.
Can I disconnect from a brand?
Not at this time. Only a brand can initiate a disconnection.
Gifts
How do brands decide who gets gifts?
That's up to each brand. Endlss doesn't set or control gift recipient criteria.
Do I need to do anything to receive a gift?
Yes. Go to More > Gifts, select the gift, choose your preferred products and variants, enter your shipping address, and confirm.
Do gifts affect my commissions?
No. Gifts are separate from commissions.
Notifications
What kinds of notifications will I receive?
You'll get notifications for:
New orders
Earning milestones ($100, $500, $1,000+)
Gifts from brands
Reminders to connect your Instagram account
Brand invitations
Can I customize my notifications?
Not at this time.
General
Is the app available on Android?
No. The Endlss app is currently available on iOS only.
How do I know if I'm on the latest version of the app?
Search for "Endlss" in the App Store. If you see an Update button, a newer version is available. If it shows Open, you're already up to date.
How do I delete my account?
Go to More > Profile, scroll down, and select Delete Account. This is permanent and instant. Your profile, data, and history are fully removed, and the account can't be recovered.
What do I do if something in the app isn't working?
Go to More > Help. From there, you can access help articles or start a live support chat directly in the app.
