Commission:
Commission Calculation: You earn a percentage of the subtotalsales that you facilitate through Endlss, known as the Influencer Commission. This percentage is agreed upon between you and the Brand.
Payment Terms:
Payment Method: Your Influencer Commissions are paid through the payment method you selected when setting up your Stripe Connect account.
Payment Schedule: Payments are calculated on a weekly basis based on Brand fulfillment dates during a 7-day period (starting from Monday to the following Sunday) (“Weekly Reporting Period”). The Brand will pay the Influencer Commission at any time 30 days after the last day of the Weekly Reporting Period (“Charge Period”) to allow for Returns and Refunds. The Influencer commission will be paid to the Influencer once the funds have been received into the third-party payment processor platform. Please take note that depending on your bank, payments may take a few days to hit your bank account from initiation in Stripe Connect.
Customer Returns & Refunds:
If a customer returns a product and receives a refund before the end of the Charge Period, the Brand will not pay you an Influencer Commission for the refunded product.
Taxes:
Influencers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on the commissions earned through Endlss. For tax-related inquiries, we recommend consulting with your tax accountant.
