In the "Orders" section, you can check out all the details of your sales including the buyer's name, order date, location, total amount, and the collection's name indicator. 🚀
If you don't see any orders, head to the Manage Store section to create and share collections to generate sales!
How To Find Orders
Navigate to the "Orders" section by tapping the hamburger (More) icon on the top right
Here, you can view all the orders placed through your collections
The Key Information in the Orders Section:
Buyer's name
Order date and location
Collection name
What you can find in the Order Details Section:
Buyer's name
Status and Collection's name
Order date and location
Product name, image, and price per item
Subtotal (total product prices after discounts)
Taxes
Shipping cost
Total amount
Commission earned
Fulfilled vs Refunded Orders:
Fulfilled orders are tagged as "fulfilled."
Returned orders will display the refunded amount, with corresponding adjustments made to your total and commission earned amounts. Tags will also specify whether the order was partially or fully returned.
