Learn how unavailable products impact visibility, collection settings, and editing capabilities.

If you've come across an Inactive status on your product, don't fret. This message appears when a brand marks a product as unavailable.

Here are things to know about removed products:

  • You will receive a notification that a product is no longer available when it has been removed by the brand.
    ​

  • Removed products will still show in collections with an "unavailable" tag, ensuring they're still visible but cannot be selected.
    ​

  • If all products in a collection are removed, the entire collection becomes inactive.
    ​

  • You won't be able to edit products within a collection or unarchive a collection that contains only removed products.
