Updated over a week ago

šŸ’ø How Is My Commission Calculated?

  • You earn a percentage of the subtotal (before taxes and shipping) from every sale you help generate—this is your Influencer Commission.

  • The commission percentage is agreed upon between you and the brand before a campaign goes live.

  • You can always track earnings in your Endlss dashboard.

Payment Terms:

Payment Method: Your Influencer Commissions are paid through the payment method you selected when setting up your Stripe account.

Sale to Brand payment:

Payments are calculated on a weekly basis based on Brand fulfillment dates during a 7-day period (starting from Monday to the following Sunday) (ā€œWeekly Reporting Periodā€). The Brand will pay the Influencer Commission at any time 30 days after the last day of the Weekly Reporting Period (ā€œCharge Periodā€) to allow for Returns and Refunds.

Brand payment to your commissions in your bank account

The Influencer commission will be paid to the Influencer once Endlss has received the money from the Brand.

šŸ“Œ First-time payouts may take a little longer.

ā“ Why Payouts Aren’t Instant

Stripe uses a 2-day rolling payout schedule to manage risk and follow regulations.

Here's how it works:

  • Endlss transfers your commission to your Stripe account as soon as the related brand’s payment clears our account (ie, we pull money from the brand, and pay you as soon as we get the funds).

  • Stripe holds funds in your Stripe account for 2 days, then releases them to your bank.

  • Depending on your country, bank, and Stripe account history, your bank takes a few days to post the funds.

    • The first payout is often delayed - it can be up to 7 days

    • Subsequent payouts are much faster, usually taking 1-2 days, depending on the region

Customer Returns & Refunds:

If a customer returns a product and receives a refund before the end of the Charge Period, the Brand will not pay you an Influencer Commission for the refunded product.

Taxes:

Influencers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on the commissions earned through Endlss. For tax-related inquiries, we recommend consulting with your tax accountant.
